Research Groups

The laboratory of Molecular Virology and Immunology (VIM-UR892) is composed of 6 research groups working on pathogens affecting farm animals.

The laboratory is organised around three main fields of interest:

  • Animal respiratory viruses: host-virus interactions, immunity
  • Prions
  • Fish infectiology

The laboratory has a "Drug design" group, which targets proteins of interest by in silico et biophysical approaches, as well as a "Biacore" Surface Plasmon Resonance platform.

We also host the editorial team of the open access journal Veterinary Research.
