DynEnVie
The DynEnVie team focuses its research on the modelling and analysis of dynamical phenomena met in agro-ecology and epidemiology. Its main skills are dynamical systems, stochastic processes and statistics. It deals with complex systems and data, including spatial or network structures.
Main methodological research fields:
- dynamical systems;
- stochastic processes, branching processes;
- frequentist and Bayesian statistics;
- sensitivity analysis, computer experimentation, metamodelling.
Main application fields:
- disease spread in livestock (meta)populations;
- plant landscape epidemiology and gene flow;
- food risk assessment;
- genotype-environment interaction in crop growth.
