DynEnVie

The DynEnVie team focuses its research on the modelling and analysis of dynamical phenomena met in agro-ecology and epidemiology. Its main skills are dynamical systems, stochastic processes and statistics. It deals with complex systems and data, including spatial or network structures.

Main methodological research fields:
  • dynamical systems;
  • stochastic processes, branching processes;
  • frequentist and Bayesian statistics;
  • sensitivity analysis, computer experimentation, metamodelling.

Main application fields:
  • disease spread in livestock (meta)populations;
  • plant landscape epidemiology and gene flow;
  • food risk assessment;
  • genotype-environment interaction in crop growth.
