Teams

The MIA-Jouy unit is organised into research and support teams.
Research teams: AnIMod, DynEnVie and MegaDim .
The unit addresses a variety of research methods related to applied mathematics: statistics, systems analysis, image analysis, etc. Research is organised in three teams devoted to different applied fields:
  • the AnIMod team is devoted in data processing and spatio-temporal analysis and modelling of biological systems,
  • the DynEnVie team focuses its research on the modelling and analysis of dynamical phenomena met in agro-ecology, epidemiology and environment sciences.
  • the MegaDim team researches methods to analyze big sets of data and complex models in biology
Some researchers work in both teams because of the numerous interactions between them.

Logistical support teams: LogInf and GesUni
  • LogInf is responsible for the computer & network management and does software development,
  • GesUni is in charge of administrative management.
