Our research priorities

Food-Nutrition-Health

Teams from the Centre are studying food, from the development process to its effects on human health.

The Centre works in a number of fields to complement research on microbiota: reasoned food design; innovative, environmentfriendly, simple food processing processes; protein nutrition; olfaction; food allergies; and nutritional epidemiology. Economists and sociologists from the nearby INRA Versailles-Grignon Centre provide the complementary expertise needed to reach the core goals of producing healthier food using more sustainable processes and improving public health.
